As citizens of Provo our legacy lies in the character and strength of our youth. To foster leadership skills in our youth the Provo Foundation Board of Directors has launched a "Youth and Children Initiative" designed to bring direct benefits to our younger citizens through a variety of special programs.

Goals for Youth and Children Initiative

Create a Provo Foundation Youth Advisory Council.
- Have the youth help design and build a Youth Legacy Park.
- Have the Youth Advisory Council sponsor a “Provo Pride Day” each year to honor outstanding achievements of individuals, families, businesses and organizations.
- Sponsor programs that will enrich the lives of our children and youth.
- Help develop a sense of service and pride among our youth by promoting community service projects.
