How To Get Involved
To make a donation is simple. Download and fill out the short donation form then mail it to The Provo Foundation P.O. Box 1849 Provo, Utah 84603.
The Provo Foundation is proud to administer three significant endowment funds. The Paul Ream Trust Fund, the Library Legacy Fund and the Baker Exemplary Service Award Fund. We invite you to donate to one of these programs using the form to the right.
Tax Deduction
The Provo Foundation, with its charitable status, allows you to deduct the value of your donation. When your donation is remitted to the Provo Foundation you will receive a reciept you can use as proof for your taxes.
