To make a pledge is simple. Download and fill out the short information form then mail it to The Provo Foundation P.O. Box 1849 Provo, Utah 84603, and we will have someone contact you to help finalize your donation.
Tax Deduction
The Provo Foundation, with its charitable status, allows you to deduct the value of your donation. When your donation is remitted to the
Provo Foundation you will receive a reciept you can use as proof for your taxes.
