The Provo City Library at Academy Square was completed in September, 2001. Because of conservative financial management, approximately $1.3 million dollars was available as a great starting point for the Library Legacy Endowment. The endowment's interest will be used in years to come to help defray the ongoing maintenance expenses of the Provo City Library.

Other fund raising to date to increase the Library Legacy Endowment includes the annual Library Directors' Ball, interlocking inscribed pavers displayed in our outdoor patios, and a program to deposit 10% of all other donations including book donations to the endowment.
