How To Get Involved
The program is simple. Download and fill out the short information form then mail it to The Provo Foundation P.O. Box 1849 Provo, Utah 84603, and we will have someone come to your home to discuss the details of your donation.
Tax Deduction
The Provo Foundation, with its charitable status, allows you to deduct the value of your donation. When we pick up your donated equipment we will leave
a receipt with you stating your determined value of the instrument.
